Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Visiting Home Health - Temecula

Provide nurse visits to home health patients by performing patient care assessments and implementing RN-initiated plans of care for ill, injured, or convalescing individuals. Deliver basic patient care and treatment while documenting consistently with the care plan and communicating with patients to schedule visits. Educate patients on self-care during non-visit days and demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements. Requires one year of LVN and nursing experience, a current CA LVN license, BLS certification, and NSO insurance. Pay is $45.00 per visit for W-2 per diem work. Schedule flexibility allows two-three days weekly, one weekend monthly, and two holidays annually.
