Job Summary
Deliver quality and safe home health nursing services one-on-one with assigned patients. Communicate regularly with RN Case Managers and physicians regarding patient condition changes and care needs. Assist the RN in executing the established plan of care. Work full-time 40-hour shifts, including day or night rotations, while maintaining licensure as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners. Earn up to $600 per referral and access tuition reimbursement to advance to an RN role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program
- Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners
