Job Summary
Work one-on-one with assigned patients to ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate regularly with the RN Case Manager and physician regarding changes in patient condition or needs. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. This role includes full-time 40-hour day or night shifts. Assisted is a Voted #1 Home Health & Hospice Agency by Ventura County Star offering tuition reimbursement to help employees become RNs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program
- Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners
