Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants and oversee the care and wellbeing of residents in a skilled nursing facility. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, complete charting and treatment plans, and admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Make rounds with physicians as requested, orient and welcome new residents and families, and utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation. You must hold an active California LVN license, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and demonstrate the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Weekend AM shifts are available with pay ranging from $34 to $37 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in California
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots
- Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
- Demonstrated ability to deal with fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC)
- Weekends, AM Shift
