Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PRN Days| Voyages Conroe

Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under the Chief Nursing Officer or House Supervisor. Utilize the nursing process to plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization. Access community resources as needed. Maintain 6 to 8 shift availability per month, including one full weekend, two major, and one minor holiday. Current LPN/LVN licensure and BLS certification are required, with crisis management certification per policy. One year of inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred.
