Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting for medically fragile children, administering medications and treatments while monitoring and assessing patient conditions. Educate families and caregivers on care plans and follow established protocols for each assignment. Maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling options including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
- Current CPR certification

- Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
