Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Burlingame, CA. Provide clinical leadership and high-quality rehabilitative nursing care in a short-term recovery and skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include applying physician orders and clinical protocols, delivering individualized care aligned to residents' recovery goals, maintaining precise documentation, facilitating effective hand-offs among the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families, and mentoring fellow staff. Must hold a CA LVN license and have experience in post-acute/sub-acute or skilled nursing environments. Schedule is part-time with all shifts. PACS is an equal opportunity employer.
