Job Summary
Provide high-level nursing oversight and personalized rehabilitation services to residents in a short-term rehab and skilled nursing facility; exercise clinical judgment to drive recovery milestones, manage precise clinical documentation, and serve as a liaison between families and the interdisciplinary medical team; execute physician orders and complex instructions with accuracy, and provide clinical leadership during the AM shift. NEW grads welcome; must possess an active California LVN license and have experience in geriatric, post-acute, or skilled nursing rehabilitative care. This is a full-time position in Burlingame, California.
