Organize, provide, and maintain healthcare services consistent with CCHCS policies while conducting basic hygiene, medication administration, and disease prevention as ordered by physicians. Collect patient status information to report to the Primary Care Provider or RN, administer therapeutic measures, and obtain diagnostic specimens. Assist with clinic appointments including physical exams, minor surgeries, and casting; contribute to treatment planning by monitoring patient behavior. Document all nursing care, treatments, and patient responses in approved health records to ensure continuity of care. Clean and maintain equipment while training patients in activities of daily living.
