Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Implement the patient's plan of care and provide treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Collect assessment data, perform observations, and report findings to RNs and physicians to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination. Maintain accurate documentation consistent with the care plan while using equipment and supplies effectively. Participate in personal and professional growth initiatives. This role requires a valid California LVN license, current CPR and IV certification, and at least two years of direct patient care experience. Candidates must be licensed drivers with a reliable, insured vehicle. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $50.00, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and paid time off.
