Job Summary
Lead and supervise certified nursing assistants, oversee the care and wellbeing of residents, and administer medications as ordered by the physician. Complete charting and treatment plans, admit/transfer/discharge residents, and make rounds with physicians. Orient and welcome new residents and families. Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) and strong SNF experience required. Mon-Fri (PM) with night shift availability in Fontana, CA.
