Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents in a residential behavioral health setting. Administer and monitor medications and treatments while coordinating care through collaboration with providers and interdisciplinary teams. Educate residents on recovery goals and maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with billing and regulatory requirements. Current California LVN license required with experience in residential care or behavioral health preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current California LVN License
- Ability to pass Live Scan
- Ability to pass medical clearance
- Ability to pass TB screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in residential care or behavioral health
- Knowledge of Title 22
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards
- RN license
