Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Kermit and Monahans

Assist in identifying patient physical and environmental needs through documentation and clinical records. Participate in care planning and implementation alongside the RN while maintaining infection control measures. Provide and maintain a safe physical and emotional environment, assisting with activities of daily living and teaching self-care techniques. Prepare regular clinical progress notes and summaries to assure continuity of quality care. Follow emergency procedures for catastrophic events or significant patient condition changes. Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.
