Job Summary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN I/II/III) provides nursing care to patients in assigned clinical areas under supervision. Responsibilities include applying clinical nursing knowledge, ensuring patient safety and comfort, organizing care for multiple patients, and utilizing necessary equipment and supplies. Required qualifications include being a graduate from an approved vocational nursing program, holding a valid Texas LVN license, having relevant clinical experience ranging from 6 months to over 9 years depending on the LVN level, and possessing current BCLS certification. Additional skills include experience with computers, with preferred knowledge in Windows and EPIC.

Required Qualifications

  • Able to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population for the assigned clinical area.
  • Computer experience.
