Job Summary
LVN providing one-on-one in-home pediatric nursing in the Greater Houston area. Responsibilities include assessing client conditions during visits with vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators. Delivers skilled nursing care over 8–12 hour shifts in patients’ homes, enabling families to stay together. Requires a valid Texas LVN license, CPR certification, a driver’s license, and auto liability insurance. Required Qualifications
