Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult clients with complex needs, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator support, within their homes. Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and document progress electronically while maintaining relationships with additional care providers. Participate in in-person training and select from flexible scheduling options including day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time, and PRN shifts. Maintain current CPR certification and an active LVN license.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Pediatric experience
