Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric and adult clients with complex needs, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator support, while administering medications and conducting in-person patient assessments. Document progress electronically and communicate with additional care providers to ensure comprehensive home health management. Build meaningful long-term relationships with patients and their loved ones within the comfort of their homes. Utilize in-depth patient information from the dedicated EMR platform to deliver consistent, quality care. Maintain current CPR certification and complete paid, hands-on training. Flexible scheduling options include day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time, and PRN shifts.
