Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing in-home hospice/home-care services across South Los Angeles and Central Los Angeles. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ conditions, documenting all care, following established care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and providing emotional support and companionship. Requires the ability to work independently, drive between patient homes, and maintain accurate medical records. Per diem, part-time position with a flexible schedule; must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance. Location: Downey, CA (on the road) only.
