Job Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse is responsible for following established nursing practices, conducting resident rounds, administering and documenting direct resident care, and maintaining detailed reports and precise charting. Candidates must possess a current LVN license in Texas, demonstrate at least one year of clinical experience, and have experience with electronic medical records. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and reliable transportation. A shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am is available, with a competitive hourly pay ranging from $24 to $26.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred
- Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
