Job Summary
Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care under RN direction. Communicate with attending physicians, team members, and agencies to coordinate patient care and community resources. Document all services provided and demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Report changes in patient condition and needs to the RN. Requires a current Texas LVN license with at least two years of experience and dependable transportation. Full-time and PRN positions available in Pearland, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas LVN license
- Minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Have dependable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Home Health experience preferred
