Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) 2-10

Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient needs are met according to physician orders, center policies, and state guidelines. Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies, monitor assigned staff for safety regulation compliance, and record medication administration or patient condition changes. Collaborate with residents and the healthcare team while maintaining a clean, safe environment and following procedures for nursing equipment use. Perform other duties as directed. Swing shift coverage from 2PM to 10PM.
