Job Summary
Oversee detoxing clients and ensure medical processes are followed and documented while supervising licensed and non-licensed staff in daily patient care. Prepare and review medical records to evaluate residents' physical and emotional status, administer medications per physician orders, and maintain accurate charting and care plans. Provide individualized resident care in our inpatient facility housing 16 clients, requiring a current LVN or LPT license, valid driver's license, and successful health screenings. Work part-time on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, working at distinct levels 1 of 2
- Commitment to the philosophy of recovery and continuity of the program and of consideration and respect of clients
- Customer service oriented, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert communication skills and counseling abilities
