Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse provides comprehensive, continuous, and personalized care to assigned clients in the Mental Health Services program. Responsibilities include triage of urgent calls, arranging labs and processing results, collecting developmental histories, conducting physical and psychosocial assessments, assisting physicians, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records, providing health training to clients, and participating in research and development projects. Requires LVN graduation, CA LVN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team; schedule up to 30 hours per week in a clinical/online environment with a consumer-driven service approach.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a state approved LVN program
- Two years LVN nursing experience
- Current/valid LVN license in the state of California
- CPR and First Aid certification
