Job Summary
Conduct home visiting nursing services in Orange County and surrounding areas for home health and hospice patients. Manage time independently while delivering clinical care in the comfort of clients' homes. Maintain active California LVN licensure, current CPR, and required immunizations. Submit a resume in Word or PDF format upon application. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow with an established agency committed to caring for patients in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active California LVN License
- Current CPR
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Social Security Number
- Current Physical Exam and TB Test
- Immunization Records (Flu, Hep B, TDAP, MMR and Varicella)
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including Home Health or similar environment experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with EMR systems (MyUnity experience is a plus)
- Being bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese)
- Self-starter in home health
- Highly motivated and positive-minded nurses
- Willingness to pursue the appropriate training to hone your home health practice
