Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Health position with Neogen Care; responsible for patient care, documentation, and collaboration with RNs. Requires California LVN license, 4-5 years acute care experience, and home health skills. Full-time position with salary of $40-45 per visit, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current California LVN license
- Blood withdrawal and intravenous therapy certification
- 4-5 years of recent acute care experience or experience in SNF or other home health agency
- 1 year of recent home health experience is a plus
- Must be able to perform blood draws from patients
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Licensed driver with a vehicle that meets state and agency requirements
