Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, cultivating meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader environment. Current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification required; one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred.
