Job Summary
Deliver bedside nursing in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, providing direct care, administering medications and treatments, and supporting complex care plans. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EMR. Promote safety and functional recovery in a nurturing, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- certified nursing credential as applicable in TX
- ability to work collaboratively with RNs, therapists, and physicians
- proficiency with EMR documentation
