Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients in Assisted Living Facilities and Rehabilitation Centers in Northern California. Works with the care team to ensure seamless care, assists physicians with clinical procedures, and participates in patient teaching. Typical duties include direct patient care, coordinating with other care team members, and performing skills across Geriatrics, Home Health, Medical-Surgical, and Wound Care. Shifts include Day, Evening, and Overnight across part-time, full-time, and per-diem schedules. Requires California LPN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse, in good standing.
- Record of prior stable employment and/or favorable references.
