Licensed Vocational Nurse

Licensed Vocational Nurse/LPN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. On-site at Conviva St. Cloud Care Center and reports to the Clinic Administrator. Uses nursing skills to impact patient care; role is patient-facing and involves administrative tasks. Preferred qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish, phlebotomy experience, experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and familiarity with HEDIS. The role is part of Humana’s TB screening program; selected applicants may be screened for TB and must meet Humana’s onboarding and benefits offerings.
