Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse to join the treatment team providing nursing care for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include reviewing/ signing health questionnaires, reviewing medications and ensuring client clearances, conducting PPD/TB testing, assisting physicians during exams, providing nursing supervision during withdrawal management, instructing staff on medical conditions for emergencies, ensuring CURES/EHR documentation, coordinating and providing MAT services, and performing duties as assigned. Requires 2+ years of experience with chemically dependent adults, LVN/RN license, and CPR/First Aid/AED; strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills; ability to work within a treatment-team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience working with chemically dependent adults
- Maintain LVN or RN license
- Completed twelve years of education or GED
- Maintain current CPR/First Aid/AED
