Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high quality care in a team environment, responsible for patient treatment and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
- Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, including one (1) year in SNF or LTACH setting
- Basic Life Support certification
Desired Qualifications
- Wound care experience
- Experience with peripheral venous access (IV)
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Working knowledge of EMR systems
