Job Summary
Provide hands-on in-home nursing care to patients, delivering 1:1 care in a home setting. Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, medication administration, following the patient care plan, ensuring safety and comfort for the patient and family, and timely documentation of care. Requires active LVN license, CPR certification, and tracheostomy/ventilator certification. In Lake Elsinore, CA with in-person, full-time shifts and flexible scheduling options. "Home health or shift care experience a plus".
