LVN Charge Nurse delivers high-quality care for residents, observing and reporting condition changes, ensuring adherence to care plans, administering prescribed medications, coordinating physician visits, narcotic reconciliation, incident/accident reporting, discharge processes, and nursing assessments; communicates with residents' families/contacts and supports nursing leadership with ongoing projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
