Job Summary
Assist veterinarians in advanced anesthetic procedures, including pre-medication, intubation, surgical prep, and monitoring. Perform diagnostic sample collection, imaging, and lab submissions. Execute technical skills such as placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction and monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care. Remain composed during stressful situations while adapting to diverse patient needs. This emergency specialty role requires a CVT, RVT, or LVT with emergency experience. Schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 8am to 3pm, with pay starting at $27/hour. Required Qualifications
- Certified, Registered, or Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT)
