Job Summary
Licensed Veterinary Technician (ER) needed to join the Emergency team at Virginia Veterinary Centers in Midlothian, VA. Responsibilities include triaging incoming ER patients, collecting diagnostic samples and performing radiology/imaging as indicated, assisting with hospitalizations and IV catheter placement, supporting anesthesia during surgical procedures, monitoring anesthesia, administering CRIs and medications, performing blood typing and transfusions, ensuring proper medical records and client communication, and adhering to OSHA protocols. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) license or equivalent required to practice as a veterinary technician in ER settings.
