Job Summary
Licensed Veterinary Technician sought for Animal Dermatology Clinic in White Plains. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, preparing and restraining animals during procedures, anesthetic induction and monitoring, assisting with procedures, suture and wound care, applying bandages/splints, client owner education, and record-keeping; may perform front-office receptionist duties. Must be friendly, outgoing, and a strong communicator, able to work as part of a team, and capable of lifting 40 pounds; willing to work long or irregular hours with occasional travel.
