Job Summary
Conduct advanced emergency medicine in a fast-paced animal hospital setting by placing IV catheters, monitoring anesthesia and patient vitals on critically ill patients, and administering blood transfusions. Perform diagnostics including blood draws and medication calculations, while managing feeding tubes and critical patient care. Work alongside veterinarians and support staff in a team-first environment that values compassion and growth. Rotate overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Required Qualifications
- Active License for Veterinary Technician in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an LVT
- Minimum of 5 years as a veterinary assistant if newly licensed
- Comfortable and confident in-patient care and customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent medical math skills
- Calm under pressure with a team-first mindset
- Willingness to rotate overnights, weekends, and holidays
