Job Summary
Lead development and facilitation of a Veterans trauma therapy group. Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group sessions for Veterans, conduct intake assessments and treatment planning, provide individual therapy as needed, apply trauma-focused interventions including EMDR and Brainspotting, collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress, maintain compliant clinical documentation, assist in growing the Veterans group program, and participate in supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana licensure as one of: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Minimum 2 years trauma-focused therapy experience
- Experience with Veterans, military personnel, or first responders
- Ability to facilitate group therapy in a trauma-informed framework
