Job Summary
Coordinate tile and natural stone installations across South Orange County for a prime contractor, handling porcelain, ceramic, hardwood, LVP, and laminate projects. Conduct on-site walkthroughs with the Production Coordinator before each job to confirm scope and materials. Maintain clean, safe job sites while communicating daily via text or phone. Submit completed work for weekly payment via Check or Zelle. Apply as a 1099 partner with an active C-54 license, GL, and WC insurance, providing your name, phone number, and experience summary via reply.
Required Qualifications
- Active California C-54 Flooring License
- Current General Liability (GL) and Workers Compensation (WC) Insurance
- Proven experience with a variety of tile materials (Porcelain, Ceramic, Natural Stone...)
- Reliable work vehicle and all necessary tools for professional installation
- Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and customer service
- Dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Excellent communication skills (responsive to texts and phone calls)
