Job Summary
Manage tile and natural stone installations across South Orange County as a 1099 partner, handling porcelain, ceramic, and hardwood projects while maintaining clean, safe job sites. Coordinate material pick-ups at the Lake Forest warehouse and complete on-site walkthroughs with the Production Coordinator before starting each job. Submit daily text updates and remain responsive to phone calls and texts for collaboration and questions. Receive full job details, scope of work, and site videos prior to acceptance. Required Qualifications
- Active California C-54 Flooring License
- Current General Liability (GL) and Workers Compensation (WC) Insurance

- Reliable work vehicle and all necessary tools for professional installation
- Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and customer service
- Dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Excellent communication skills (responsive to texts and phone calls)
