Job Summary
Licensed Therapists provide clinical psychotherapy in outpatient behavioral health settings within LifeStance Health, delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults and/or children/adolescents in a telemedicine and in-person hybrid model. Responsibilities emphasize patient care and clinical excellence within a team-based environment, with sign-on bonus and above-market compensation based on productivity, plus full benefits and strong work-life balance. The role includes utilization of modern digital technology, comprehensive administrative support, and opportunities for flexible scheduling across telemedicine and on-site clinic visits, while maintaining licensure and delivering evidence-based treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- LCSW or LMFT
- LPC-MHSP
