Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling services supporting recovery and emotional wellness for clients with substance use disorders. Perform intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine treatment needs, then develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices. Facilitate therapeutic groups, evidence-based interventions, and crisis stabilization while collaborating with medical providers and case managers to ensure coordinated care. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches, and document clinical services accurately in accordance with state standards and agency accreditation requirements. Participate in clinical staffing, treatment team meetings, and case consultations to maintain high-quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, or LMFT
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, behavioral health assessments, diagnostic practices, and treatment planning
- Experience providing counseling services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders
