Job Summary
Review and approve treatment plans, clinical documentation, and crisis interventions while providing therapy to ADR clients through individual, couples, family, or marital sessions. Act as a mentor and educator to foster professional competency, assuming ultimate clinical, legal, and ethical responsibility for cases held by supervisees. Collaborate on intake and discharge planning, participate in integrated Clinical Team Meetings, and complete required BBS supervision documentation. Demonstrate excellent clinical boundaries and ethical decision-making while responding swiftly during crisis situations. This part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week with at least three days onsite in Carlsbad, CA. Candidates must hold an active license as a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with at least two years of behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Comprehensive treatment planning skills
- Active licensure, registration, or certification must be maintained in good standing
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software programs
- Successfully complete comprehensive background check
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing clinical services in a behavioral health environment preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred prior to employment
