Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy with a caseload of 8-10 clients, including 1-3 weekly groups. Deliver and implement Client Treatment Plans, attend Child and Family Team meetings, and complete assessments, plans, and reports as required by county and state. Address client, family, and referral source concerns while documenting interventions and progress timely. Work Monday through Friday for 40 hours, with up to one remote day weekly.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited School of Social Work
- Master's degree in a related Mental Health field
- Licensed by the State of Virginia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Licensed as a Resident in Counseling (RIC)
- Supervisee in Social Work (SiSW)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience providing mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families
- Be able to perform a therapeutic restraint
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to pass a physical
- Be able to pass a TB test
