Job Summary
Provide evidence-based treatment through Feedback Informed Therapy across individual, couple, child, adolescent, and manualized group modalities. Maintain quality and timely documentation of all patient care aspects. Participate in clinical supervision and training to develop competence in eight professional practice dimensions. Maintain effective working relationships with the Clinical Director, co-workers, and community stakeholders. Participate in on-call services per HCBH rotation. This role supports our mission to reduce suffering and enhance well-being in rural Wyoming and Idaho communities. Candidates must hold a Master's degree, be licensed in Wyoming/Idaho or certified in addiction, and possess a valid driver's license. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Human-Services related field
- Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in the State of Wyoming and/or Idaho
- state-recognized certification in the field of addiction
- Knowledge and understanding of competent treatment, including administering clinical evaluations, treatment planning, appropriate referrals, service coordination, documentation practices, and professional ethics
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess a valid driver's license

- Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening
- Successful completion of background check
- Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and use hands
- Occasionally be required to stoop, crouch, or kneel
