Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs and personal goals. Facilitate group counseling and deliver workshops on stress management and substance abuse prevention. Perform assessments to evaluate mental health concerns and develop treatment plans. Offer codependency counseling and conduct interventions to resolve conflicts. Collaborate with case workers and coordinate referrals to specialized services as needed. This role serves diverse departments including outpatient, school-based, community, and crisis services. Candidates must hold a current or provisional license (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT, PLP, or LP) or be a master's graduate planning licensure. Salary ranges from $58,598 to $70,000, with bonuses and licensure supervision available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed (or provisionally licensed) in Missouri as: PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT, PLP, or LP
- Masters degree in a license-eligible field of study with plans to obtain licensure
- Successful passage of state exams
- Obtaining an LMSW, PLPC, LMFT, or PLP license
