Job Summary
Licensed Therapist responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, leading daily group therapy sessions, and guiding discharge planning and follow-up care for adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting. You will maintain connections with families and community resources and serve as a link between patients and community mental health resources. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, current LMSW or LPC licensure (preferred), and at least one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience, with CPR and Handle with Care Training to be completed within 30 days.
