Job Summary
Licensed Therapist for Pathways OTP per diem position. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and treatment interventions aligned with the program model, developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans, conducting risk assessments, crisis assessment and intervention, facilitating discharge planning with natural supports, maintaining client and staff records, providing coverage for team members, participating in supervision and meetings, and transporting clients as needed. Work may occur in office, home, residential, and/or community-based settings per program and setting. Requires Master’s Degree or higher and relevant licensure (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required; LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred; LADC may be substituted in some programs). Driver’s license required for programs involving transportation. Per diem schedule and benefits described, with Monday-Saturday hours 6AM-12PM and flexible scheduling. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in related field
- LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred
- Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is required
