Job Summary
Provide individual and group strengths-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Establish clear goals and strategies for client welfare, developing individual treatment plans aligned with OMHAS and CARF standards. Collaborate with the care team, including physicians, case management, and external agencies, while participating in care conferences and case reviews. Document all services, progress, and mandatory reports of abuse or neglect per state and federal guidelines. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, billing, and coding policies while serving as a model for the organization's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling from an accredited university
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work if the candidate holds a valid LSW license
- Valid LSW license
- LSW license
- LISW license
- LPC license
- LPCC license
- Active, unrestricted Ohio license to provide clinical counseling services
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to view computer monitors
- Ability to keyboard
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong grammar skills
- Proficient writing skills
- Ability to interact and assist in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner with colleagues, providers, clients, and their families
- Competency in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) program
- Competency in telemedicine services

- Pass all federal and state background checks
- Educational history confirmed in compliance with company policies
