Job Summary
Conduct telephone and in-person eligibility screenings and serve as primary clinician for a subset of participants, providing social skills training, substance abuse treatment, and behavioral activation. Establish warm relationships with community partners, manage referral sources, and ensure efficient intake processes for young people and families. Lead needs assessments, safety planning, and wellness management while delivering psychoeducation on first episode psychosis and shared decision-making treatment modifications. Rotate on-call responsibilities and attend weekly team meetings to support recovery-oriented outcomes for adolescents and young adults.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCSW or Limited Permit MHC/MFT
- Licensed Masters or Ph.D. in an appropriate field (social work, psychology, mental health counseling)
- Training and experience working with adolescents and/or young adults with serious mental illness
- Experience in community-based mental health services
